How to delete your account
You can delete your account and associated data directly from within the Kale app.
Steps:
- Open the Kale app and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app option, email us and we will process your deletion request.

Please include the email address linked to your Kale account so we can verify the request.
What happens when you delete
- Your personal information, account data, and activity history associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- This action is irreversible.
- Some non-identifiable or legally required data may be retained for security, legal, or operational purposes, as outlined in our Privacy statement.
